@thethreesuns No he does not, he literally said that he didn't understand the ending of the dark knight and (therefore) "fuck DC comics". Honestly, he's an egotistical pathetic guy, with just enough charisma and acting skill to churn out a good popcorn performance once in a while. I'd rather have Tom Scientology Cruise who at least seems to give a damn about more than himself.

Wow, what a prick Downey is, he can't even show respect for a beautiful performance that clearly trumped his (also great) performance that year from a guy who accidentally DIED! I don't think Robert Downey Jr. was being rude. He was expressing sadness as were many other people present at the awards. Robert Downey Jr. may seem self important at times but he always gives credit where it's due. Heath Ledger clearly gave an amazing performance and RDJ recognized that.

There is something really special and unique with his portrayl of the joker, i think that with that role he brought something new to acting something no one has ever done before i can't put my finger on it but there was something magical with his portrayl he wasn't heath ledger at all that wasn't heath ledger as the joker that was the joker in real life he did something with a role that i don't think any actor will do
