West Memphis Three Are Free

Convicted over 18 years ago for the murders of 3 little boys, they have been released. Their DNA was NOT found at the murder scene but the DNA of the step-father of one of the victims was found.

If you really think about it these boys were separated for 18 years from each other, well at least damien from the other two not able to discuss it at all. you think that at least one of them, if they actually did it, would have come to peace with it and confessed. but no, for 18 years they stood by their innocence, and for me that's pretty strong evidence for them.

they only did that guiulty to plea to get out of jail

no DNA evidence linked them to the crime

however, the step father's dna was found on them

hmm.... plead guilty to murder and we'll let you go.... what a great justice system these people are full on innocent and all the dna included in this case did not link to a single one of them, what the fuck is wrong with these systems these days? what a damn shame, im just glad they are out.

@Cutchswife They were forced to sign an admission of guilt for their release which keeps them from suing. A move save face for the state and police department. If you think this was bad, research the story of Cameron Todd Willingham. Convicted of setting a fire that killed his 3 daughters by a small town outdated arson investigation. 7 forensic scientists studied the facts after the conviction. All said it was an accidental fire. The state of Texas executed him anyway.

I'm from England and this is one the worst miscarriages of justice I've ever encountered. The state of Arkansas has a lot of questions to answer and they owe Damian, Jason and Jessie a whole lot of money and also the three should sue the police dept for incompetence.

@rubirubi89 This I totally agree with you The Officers did a shitty job they were so sure the boys did it they got a confession with detail from one of them which was the one whom was shocked and horrified to watch his two friends do that to three boy's.

But the police contaminated the crime scene from seeing foot prints and any DNA or proof the accused were there. Or something on their shoes cloths anything.

Police should have called in the FBI right away flowen in.

@Dorisequador if you had blood samples from a possible murderer would you say "well i dont think this is THAT important so let me put it here on top of the microwave" so stupid, if by any chance this guys are guilty the the only people to blame for them walking are the "officers" for doing such a shitty job.

MF 3 and the little boy's riding their bikes threw that area.

3 Bullies then the bullies did what bullies do. Attacked them dominated them and then acted out a Satanic raping.

Then comes the confession from one who was in shock and couldn't believe what he was seeing and told police the clear and story without hesitation.

Why would a boy clearly give a hole story like that if it were not true?
