  • Can Rocky Mountain horses jump? Or are they just show and trail horses? Also, can they ride in an English saddle? Thanks :)

  • I have heard of people jumping these guys but I have not. We ride them in English saddles for show and a cross between english and western for pleasure.

  • WOW! Very nice gait & a gorgeous horse.

  • Thanks for watching and the kind words.

  • @RockyMHorse

yess rocky mountains AND Kentucky mountains can jump(: I jump my Kentucky Mountain mare. If you go to my videos i have some of us jumping.

  • They have 4 legs and a tail, of course they can jump!

  • hey trainers.. hes favoring his right tendon area. did you just happen to miss that running him on the rock like you did ? dumb ass

  • @KellySueHorsemom woww!! stunning colors together... just stunning!!

  • @orangerocks3 The color is called chocolate with a flaxen mane and tail. I have a two year old that I've had since she was born, and she's the same color.

  • What color is this horse considered with the blonde hair? Any specific name?

  • @RockyMHorse any gaited horse can jump, gallop, barrels, poles etc/. anything a non gaited horse can. I jump 3 1/2 to 4 feet on my Missouri fox trotter and I barrel race her and pole bend even trail ride. so yes, they can do anything like that.

  • i almost go one exactly like him =( we got cheated though

  • those effects detract from the video/horse...

  • Never ridden one of these, but I always thought they were cool! He's gorgeous!
