However, switching your stance to hold for kicks is not correct. It's unrealistic for real fighting unless you happen to be training for southpaw fighter that switches all the time. 2) i like the pads to touch and be at a slight angle as you see in the video. again , this is a matter of preference and varies by trainer.
Three major errors for the round kick. 1) you need to switch stance depending on which leg they kick with. 2) you never want the pads completely touching, they are at a slight angle. 3) push down and exhale with the kick.
@nomilkforsanta 3) we do push down and exhale with the kicks, as demonstrated in the video. that is why kate is making a noise with each kick.
