Oh you have crawled back out from under your rock. Good to have you back for some light entertainment. Is this the best you can do, argumentum ad hominem.
You were put in your place long ago like your fellow idiots that know nothing, you are maths expert that thinks twice is the same as 10,000 right?
You must be a selective reader, there are more that agree with me than disagree,
@SYNERGISTIC123 i just read the past few pages of comments here and you are the biggest jackass known to man..lol and i'm glad to see i'm not the only one who thinks so. you have paragraph long comments arguing with like 5 different people hahahaha fuckin clown
Of course, IFBB need to know what substances is responsible for the kind of 'look' that is currently dominating throughout many high level contests, and consequently ban those particular substances, and the result will be bodybuilders with a whole different physique up there on the stage.
I think the best way to tone down the freakiness (ugliness) of the aspiring Mr. O participants or even for the sake of those who might want to reach any contest that is considered to be top ranking, is by creating rules/regulations that forces them to admit what sort of substances they are using.
Dorian had superb dryness during a couple of the Olympia competitions (though i'm not sure if he had better conditioning than the rest during all the years that he competed in the Olympia). Ronnie had amazing condition/separation too, especially in 98, and perhaps in a couple of more shows. As far as how they trained: i think both men worked really hard, and pushed themselves to the limit, Dorian somewhat more than Ronnie who seemed a bit more laid back at times (judging by the clips available).

1. The greater detail (should) make it easier to understand.
2. I offer facts, not just subjective opinion.
