Imagine: there is a Bank that credits your account each morning with $86,400 dollars. It carries over no balance from day to day, and every evening, it deletes whatever part of the balance you failed to use during the day. What would you do? Draw out every cent?

Each one of us have such a bank, it's called: Time. Every morning it credits you 86,400 seconds, and every night it writes off as lost whatever you have failed to invest wisely. It carries over no balance, it allows no overdraft. Each day it opens a new account for you. If you fail to use the day's deposits the loss is yours.

There is no dollar bank, there is no drawing against "tomorrow". You must live in the present on today's deposits. Invest it in every opportunity. The clock is running. You've got to make the most of today: Right Here, Right Now.

To realize the value of one year, ask a student who failed a grade, To realize the value of one month, ask a mother who gave birth to a premature baby. To realize the value of one week, ask the editor of a weekly newspaper. To realize the value of one hour, ask a person who just missed the train. To realize the value of one second, ask a person who nearly avoided an accident. To realize the value of one millisecond, ask the person who took the silver medal in the olympics.

Time waits for no one. Follow up every lead, make every second count, always be closing! Every opportunity missed equals money lost!

Remember: Yesterday is History. Tomorrow is a mistery. Today is a gift. That's why it's called The Present.
