After my heart was trampled on a couple times, I realized that I don't take love for a joke like most people do. Some jerks don't deserve the affection and attention you give them, and I learned that the hard way.
I just decided to give up dating for a while. As unlucky as I am with this, I don't believe that the Princes saving the Princess as just some fairytale. I still believe it's real. If a guy really likes you, he'll get off his ass and come for you.

this song almost makes me want to believe there's such a prince out there for me. That's what songs should do instead of singing about sex and parties and all that bull that people sing nowadays.

The way Barbra sings this gives me hope...I've always been waiting for a "prince" to sweep me off my feet...but never had any luck, thus leaving me constantly down over it. But when I hear Barbra sing this, about a prince she falls in love with and who loves her the same, about the day her dreams come true...I become a little more hopeful for a chance of love in my future.
Anyone else feel the same?
