Thank you very much for praising my success! I see a very rich quality within the Latino culture. I have a Mexican girlfriend which I adore and praise her pureness and beauty. It is very rare to find Iranians welling to learn Spanish, but that makes me unique. I get asked if I'm Argentinian all the time because I speak with their accent! jejeje.
I was born in the US and so were my parents. My ethnicity is Spanish/Mexican. My dad always used to tell me as a child that Spain is my "mother country." Even though I don't know you, I'm proud of that fact that you are taking Spanish. Your parents must be real proud of you. You sound like a self-starter and you have the ability to motivate yourself. That's real good. My husband is Iranian so that's how I know Farsi. Actually, I get asked If I'm Iranian all the time.
Well, I started teaching myself at the age of 16, after I found my passion for the noble yet beautiful of Argentina. My mom is Irish-American so I naturally had to learn English and my dad is Iranian so I was raised in Iran for 13 years and went all the way until high school. Now, I'm 20 and I'm in my second Spanish class right now, and I tell ya, it's waaay too easy for me because of my early solitary practice.
How did you learn both languages? I speak Spanish, English, and a little Farsi. I understand more Farsi than what I can speak. I also know some words and phrases in a few other languages. Good for you. Knowing more than one language not only opens up more doors, but you have an understanding for the culture and people too. How old are you? Have a good day. :)
