You can't make then street LEGAL in most states. Because of the fact it's a MODIFIED vehicle... Doesn't mean people don't take them for a street spin sometimes tho!!!!

an 8 second car is a car that can run anything from 8.99 to 8.00 seconds, it doesn't matter. Most people also say high 8, mid 8 or low 8 to be more precise
