Reality is, we know what has worked for us, and people can choose to live with their current reality, or they can choose to change it. Some will call my efforts self driven or selfish, while others will see it as sharing something positive. Jodi, I completely believe every word of this. Our stories are very similiar. In addition to suppliments, I cut out ALL dairy, ALL gluten and ALL sugar and I have overcome FM. I will never be 100% but I will accept 95%. I went from being bedridden and wanting to die to now being able to function and mostly pain free. I know there is hope and I know that if I stay on my diet and suppliments I can be me again. Keep telling your story. Some will believe, some won't but if you think about it..

suppliments I will have some degree of pain. I know what my limits are and I listen to my body. If you don't believe it, don't try it, but don't discourage someone else that may see the benefit in at least trying it. A change in diet will cost you nothing. Start there and if you see a difference in a few months, add suppliments. If not the ones from this channel, consult a naturapathic doctor on your own and get his/her recommendations. Simple as that.
