Nextel is ass. I used to work in Customer Service/Technical Support (call centre). Our job was to screw as many people out of their money as possible by lying to them, and prolonging their problems as long as possible. Hilarious commercial--yes, but do not go with Nextel or you'll be locked into a contract with a company that has bad reception / high dropped call rate in most places and no reception in half the country.
