Pole dance Spins and Transitions

One more thing. Yes its Brittany Spears AGAIN I don't think You Tube will pull her music....I like the girl but its NOT all I dance to LOL

Hey Veena! your great! I have only had a pole for two days, and i cant do anything at all. My hands sweat to much and i cant do a thing. Ive watched u and even tried pole lessons on youtube and im awful do u have any tips. My mom could do stuff i couldnt and she was just jokin when she done it i was like what the crap! lol Help I wanna be good at this.

Pole dance take practice and strength and good form is a must to prevent injury too. I have lessons on studio veena that are great for beginners. Feel free to check out the free samples on the site. Most import thing for spins warm up and keep your shoulders back and down.
