@spacebjorn I said nothing about Jordan and Pippen. So don't go applying what I say about Durant and Russ to every NBA great duo from the past. I said they specifically hurt each other. Not Jordan Pippen, Kobe Shaq, Stockton Malone. To take pressure off Durant you don't need a scorer the same caliber he is. Especially if he specifically WANTS to score. You need someone who can reliably take shots here and there when it's necessary. I'll be happy if Russ leaves.

Are you kidding me..? Downgraded? Durant is hands down the best player on the team, but having an another dynamic scorer like Westbrook is definitely not a downgrade. if anything, Westbrook takes off the pressure from durant. I laugh at your statement on how they don't need a hall of fame prospect. Not saying Jordan needed Pipen but the Bulls probably enjoyed his presence. keep bitchin, just don't cry if Russ actually leaves someday.

@spacebjorn No one's questioning Westbrook's talent. We're questioning his fit with the team he's on that has Durant. Durant is being downgraded by Russ. All OKC needs is a PG who could play decent defense and pass the ball. They don't need a hall of fame prospect.
