when windows and ubuntu are used its very good ubuntu is good for older laptop (or ibook) and networks rather the XP (or mac) i have windows for games and Ubuntu for everything else

CAn someone PLEASE answer. Can you put Ubuntu 10.10 DESKTOP on a laptop? It 10.10 netbook just for slower computers or something? Simpler?

@MrTyAaron Certainly.. You can put Ubuntu Desktop on a laptop with no issues whatsoever. I use it on my Toshiba Satellite daily.
