    Actually... the phrase is originally "More queer than a three dollar bill" as in reference to a three dollar bill being unusual, probably because they don't exist, and "queer" being synonymous with homosexuality. Two dollar bills do exist, so the phrase wouldn't make sense when a two dollar bill is legal tender that is in use today.

    Go in settings in the nike fuelband app then device settings there should be a match time with device that should do it
