Che voce! Un grande maestro di musica "Vincerooooooo"

I think that Pava knew the historic possibilities of the aria at this particular time and he summoned all of the full tenor voice to be as excellent as it was at any time in earlier years and he attacked the aria with as much energy, support, resonance, and clarity as he did in the '70's or 80's, ringing out that high B--no wavering--no searching for placement! This is simply Pava--simply stunning!

I remember the first time I watched the original "3 tenors" performance - on the local PBS station, during a fundraising drive - I was taping it on my VCR, and could hardly wait for it to be over to play this aria again. I had goosebumps then, and I have them again...

That 1 person who disliked this needs to be strung up by his testicles and shot in the head. Yes, each man to his own, but this is something you CANNOT hate!
Puccini knew that there will be a Pavarotti some time in the future, so that he wrote a song especially to him.

this is my favorite performance of Nessun Dorma. If you get a chance, pass by my channel to hear my little rendition of it on classical guitar. Bravo Pavarotti!
