Not at all, those men [Sanford and Madoff] should, consequent a trail by their peers, face severe penalties to include jail time. If memory serves me, and I believe it does, I was replying to some fancying themselves as a Communist who stated that ANYONE earning over, $50,000 was evil and should be thrown in jail.
