Fight in Mongkok recycling line

This is a circular line of old ladies in Mongkok.
Since they are only allowed to take 1 of these fashion magazines at a time, they form a circular line and stuff the mags 1 by 1 into their bag. Then they sell off the magazines by weight to a recycle center for cents.
This is all normal in Hong Kong, including the scrap that breaks out.
