Here's a new twist on an old favorite!
Perform 7 Zottman curls, then 7 "palms up" curls, then 7 hammer curls. Basically, you're moving from the hardest exercise to the "easiest" as your arms fatigue.

  • Nice, One thing i like about these vids is that you are making me think about what I used to do as a body-builder and how I can now take that and turn it into a power/strength exercise for powerlifting. Keep being an inspiration for me to come up with new exercises.

  • Joe you kind of use some back muscle while you get more fatigued towards the end? Is this okay as long as you're not completely swinging and is cheating a little in the long run going to help your biceps a lot? Finally, how many sets of these do you do? Would this just be a one set finisher for an upper body day? Thanks.
