Joe you kind of use some back muscle while you get more fatigued towards the end? Is this okay as long as you're not completely swinging and is cheating a little in the long run going to help your biceps a lot? Finally, how many sets of these do you do? Would this just be a one set finisher for an upper body day? Thanks.

good shit frank im a virginia kid lookin to get on wit a skool next year and with ur work outs that you post it keeps me challege myself.and also im 6'2 320 and run a mile in 10:37



Nice, One thing i like about these vids is that you are making me think about what I used to do as a body-builder and how I can now take that and turn it into a power/strength exercise for powerlifting. Keep being an inspiration for me to come up with new exercises.
