On the recording, she has this kind of affected voice. It sounds awesome live, though! Great song, very 60's!!!

OMG That is Mike Coykendall on the keyboards! He was the founder/ lead guitar/writer/singer of a band called Klyde Konner. They were one of the greatest lost bands of the late 20th century.

sorry to double comment but i just noticed what zooey is wearing. is she wearing the same dress to every show? she wore the same thing to the show in nyc on the 26th and apparently wore it in philly too.

I'm not sure, but it would be cute if she did. Maybe she gets it drycleaned in every city? And yes, it was a little tiny venue and we were about two people back from the stage. Jack White and his wife were there - and his wife sang on one of the songs. I have a video of that I'll put up later.
