A 39 year old died of diabetes? That is so horrible. My blood sugar ran 300-400+ before surgery. Now I run 100-115, and I am THRILLED. I've lost 36 lbs in 5 weeks. Your 73 lbs lost in 10 weeks is awsome. I only hope I can do as well. I'm not into exercising either. I need to figure out a plan too.

Maybe if you and I put our heads together we can come up with a plan to start exercising. What do you think?

Thank you so much for that. I have even tried to make ice milk in my ice cream maker with my protein drink just for something different.
