I caught a westbound UP intermodal passing through Araz Junction, CA on 6/17/10. (This was too long to add to Railfanning the UP Yuma subdivision) This train also had a little bit of a suprise on it, a mid-train DPU! Which is actually pretty uncommon here.
@ns927 Thanks! Either west colton, ca or L.A. But most trains that run on this line are intermodals which terminate or originate in the ports in L.A. so most likely it'll be going to L.A.
Great video ! I really like the single track operation and the smooth curves weaving thru the desert! Reminds me that I need some double stacks for my collection!
