although u arecorrect calling a cop names is no reason for the cops to come on his property and arrest him as far as the ladies 4th amendment rights we werent there so we dont know what she did nor if she is known for being a menace
@GMPWAPOL: So, you can't prove that he did anything illegal.
I;m not going to be answering your because they don't pertain to our discussion. I'll be happy to take up your other topics once we find out why you think it's OK to persecute someone that wasn't doing anything illegal.
@Pafoofnik1 I don't know the state/local laws where he lives, but from what the armchair critics were saying, the guy was arrested for racist abuse, so he was acting unlawfully.
You didn't answer either of my questions.
(1) Would the male with the big mouth rather police didn't patrol his neighbourhood? (Would you?)
(2) Would he have been so abusive to some drug dealers in the street outside his house? (Would you?)
@Pafoofnik1 In my book it's disorderly conduct, but let's be honest, he had no right to interfere in something that was none of his business. Like I said, none of the armchair critics were there and none were privy to what the officers knew about the woman. 2 questions: Would the male with the big mouth rather police didn't patrol his neighbourhood? And would he have been so abusive to some drug dealers in the street outside his house?

@GMPWAPOL: Still unable to prove that he did anything illegal I see.
1: Like I said, I'll be happy to take up your other topics once we have finished with the topic at hand.
2: The U.S. legal system is based on the presumption of innocence, not guilt.
3: Thanks for the English lesson.

@Pafoofnik1
(1) You won't answer the questions because you can't.
(2) You can't prove he DIDN'T do anything illegal; you only have one distorted side of the story.
(3) per·se·cute/ˈpərsəˌkyo͞ot/Verb
1. Subject (someone) to hostility and ill-treatment, especially because of their race or political or religious beliefs.
2. Harass or annoy (someone) persistently.
Hmm... According to the dictionary definition, the persecution was being committed by the arrested male!
Here endeth the lesson.
