I said that GOVERNMENT owned property is the same thing as PUBLIC property; whether it is federally owned or state owned it is still PUBLIC property. Next time, actually read the comments before you try to correct someone. By the way, I NEVER made an arguement directed at whether they could skate there or not, I said "show some respect pricks".

@fatboy9er9er oh no there is a difference good sir which means there is a clear difference between federal owned buildings Vs State owned buildings there is a clear Gap on which type of public it is now if its a bank its not private being that the government does own it but its a public domain building meaning people can enter without special permits needed and private is more board it can be civilian owned government owned and state owned and depending on which it is they are allowed to skate
