This cop shows his ignorance "If I see you carrying a gun, can I arrest you for that? Yes I can." In Wisconsin, as long at the gun is not concealed you can walk around with it in public. But then, hey it might scare some people, so officer squarepants would probably arrest you for disorderly conduct.

that cop doesn't know shit about constitutional rights. he is to enforce CITY LAW and Ordinances. I'm pretty fucking sure he doesn't even know what the second amendment says. Also, he is WRONG. You CAN BARE ARMS IN WISCONSIN. You cannot have it concealed however. So, hes a fucking moron. I hope he reads this and comments. I KNOW THE LAW.

With regards to Officer Poopy pants' logic about the sign: a free citizen can absolutely hold up a sign saying the speed limit should be 30mph. He can hold up a sign saying that rape should be legalized and crack be given out to school children. I would have happily been arrested if only to have the opportunity to fight this in court.
