lol, seriously, you take the LONGEST to say the LEAST of anybody I've ever heard... at least on video. People in person-- different story. But still... why not at least think about what you want in the video beforehand, and make a small bulleted notes if you know you won't remember when the camera turns on (I know I wouldn't remember).
