you go girl im supporting you 100% im with you on this journey im still trying to lose a lot of my weight so far ive lost 36 lbs...its hard try not to focus on it so much or its gonna feel like its taking forever to happen( well thats what happened to me) i mean stay focused but not harp on it lmao i hope you understand what im trying to say lol
You have my support too and my prayers are with you. You can quit smoking just do garduely not cold turkey it will be so much better for you. Pay no attention to the negative comments only an itiot would be mean. once again you have my support and no I won't say good luck better yet YOU GO FOR IT!!! you can do it. take care.
I've been contemplating an exercise program and eating healthier (I eat far too much fast food). I, too, need to stop making excuses and actually do it.
But enough about me. Best of luck to you and I hope you have to willpower(not to say you dont!!! :) ) to go through your challenges. But keep in mind, after a while it won't take as much willpower as it did in the beginning and it will hardly be a challenge once healthier choices become second nature.
The main thing is eating healty and exercise. Me and my husband go walking or jogging at the lake (about 4 miles) every weekend. You have to be consistant with your workout to get results. Kick your bad habbit of smoking and you'll feel much better about yourself. Keep up the good work. Good Luck!

excercie is good but i'm glad you're considering diet. you really can't lose that much weight with just exercising alone (i've tried).
