Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

Chocolate Dipped Strawberries are an elegant & easy dessert.
Simply melt white & dark chocolate over a steam bath in a mixing bowl.
Then dip in the washed strawberries one color at a time, chilling between colors. Decorate white on dark & dark on white.

You can do these faster using a piping bag with a very small hole, or even a ziplock bag with a very small hole in the corner. Don't put to much chocolate in at a time or they will be difficult to work with. To re-use the chocolate in the bag let it dry then break it out of the bag.
