Well check out the album Hidden World by Fucked Up. Definatley has an artpunk feel.

Gotta disagree. Way too indicative of that San Diego/DC artpunk/post-hardcore sound, i.e. early 90's emo. Bands like Heroin, Mohinder, Angel Hair, Antioch Arrow, Festival of Dead Deer, Clikitat Ikatowi...*sigh*. Fucking love hearing it again. Feel free to namedrop anything you think might be worth listening to. I haven't been present in the scene for years now.

I don't think it sounds like 90's emo. It's just pure, hateful, Hardcore Punk to me. But you are right about one thing though. It is great.
