@MrWizardWithin ive called them twice now, not only did they pick up fast, but they helped me out. i called rogers for my home phone and internet, i lost a day.

Rogers is absolute garbage. Would you buy a can of pop for $10 from a shop knowing that the same can of pop, with all the same features goes for $1 at another shop? Rogers is by far the biggest scam, fraud and source of headache I have ever encountered. Rogers = $93 a month for a Blackberry plan, while Wind, quite decently has it around $45 a month, NO contract, absolutely no hidden costs and unlimited everything. I just got out of my Rogers contract and moved to Wind and its brilliant.
