Hi Manoj, can u let me know the food that u had in the process of losing weight. I am not sure of the food habits. Dats my problem. I exercise a lot, but am not losing weight. So pls tell me the food tat i can eat

just go thru previos replies... 30 minutes is enough... however, diet control is must otherwise no use of abs exercise at all

I have some questions. do these exercises work for girls as well? I mean, I wont want to develop a 6-pack abdomen, now would I? :D If these work for girls, now many times should a starter do them, and take to what count? I am getting married in 3 months and I DESPERATELY need to loose mt belly fat...HELPPPP!!

Thanks for ur comments :).First of all, u shud be diet conscious. Exercise wont work unless and until u take care of ur diet. Eat low fat foods only. No butter, not much oil, no pizzaa/burger.
Nw, do abdominal exercise which is loaded here. Apart from this go for skipping exercise. 400 times, in between take break also.
Whatever u do, nthing will be effected if u r not diet concious.Believe me. Measure ur weight today. Start wt I said above. Measure ur weight after 7 days U'll be delighted :)

Right! I'll keep a check on my food intake. But how many sets shoud I do of these exercises? Repetitions per set?

In the beginning 2 sets for each exercise and 15 repetitions per set. After 2 weeks, increase number of sets to 3 and no. of repetitions to 20, means, 3 sets for each exercise and 20 repetitions per set... Dont forget to do skipping exercise regularly...
