What the? Bobby Flay played it safe and most of his dishes weren't original at all! Lang used all kinds of techniques and flavors from around the world. Flay's were simple similar dishes that anyone could and would do! I don't go casually to a friends place and expect to get served home made chicken liver and egg yoke ravioli with sous vide cooked chicken and crazy pork belly and Thai inspired chicken i but I would expect buttermilk fried chicken, cheese and ham stuffed breast, or mango chicken!

I just watched the replay of this ...and what was my first thought ...That judge is a Bitch! Really ... I wanted more ...something was missing ...on & on ...I'd hate to be involved with her ...she doesn't seem to be able to be satisfied ...!!!

@TheMrpalid I swear I thought the same thing. even when he was cooking the chicken. I was surprised they didn't comment on it so heyy. but chicken liver?? Euw. Lang was pretty good though. I felt bad for him when he lost cuz look at his face. =[

i dont think the chicken was burned..that happens wen u put rubs on a chicken especially dark ground herbs and when u sear it..it looks burn..but it taste very good actually.. =D well they both did great!
