This is the Q&A session that followed the Campus Budget Briefing, which took place on 9/23/09 at UH Manoa's Hemenway Hall. Fielding questions: Kathy Cutshaw, Vice Chancellor for Administration, Finance & Operations, Vice Chancellor Reed Dasenbrock (Academic Affairs), and Gary Ostrander (Research & Graduate Education).
