  • Sorry I have no exact informations. Must have been between 1965 and 1975 (Albert Burbank died 1976) somewhere in Germany.

  • I heard this band in Uppsala, Sweden in -71 (?). The Swedish TV taped and broadcasted one number. Maybe it´s this performance?? The Duke Ellington band was on the same concert and you can se a lot of musicstands on the stage in the background. Later after this concert we got the chance to jam with a few members of the band at a local Pub. Even a few members of Duke´s band perticipated!

  • I could hear him in New Orleans. I have still his record with his creole jazz Band, Sonnets from aAgiers.. It is a pleasure to hear his music!

  • 1971, it's possible! Thank you !!

  • 1971

  • That banjo player is LAYIN' IT DOWN!

  • They don't come up with stuff like that today !!! Tooooo, bad, darn it.

  • Such happy memories - Kid Thomas's band always rocked the house.
