The song performed is "Up on the House Top" by Benjamin Hanby. He wrote it in 1864! Good tune. He was way ahead of his time in the whole "crazy man on top of a house" genre.

I don't own the rights to the song, but if you've got a problem with that, take it up with TI-99/4A. He's the one with the lawyers. But really, the song must be in the public domain. It's old!
