The truth is, I'm an alien. :D

More seriously, I was just testing what it would look like if I used "tracking" to capture my face movements, and then add the deformation. By doing this, the deformation follows the face to make it look more "constant". This result is a little wobbly, but with a more accurate tracking this effect could work wonders to make animated aliens or monsters or anything like that.

    you can check Andrew Kramer's tutorials, he made one called "Demon Face Warp" that uses pretty much the same technique I used. I didn't originally use his tutorial, but he does have lots of interesting ones on his website. just google Andrew Kramer.
