A group of fraudsters caught on a CCTV camera when they attached a skimming device on the ATM's facia. Jeez, it took this lot less than one minute to attach this freakin' device and bugger off.......

CCTV is a chinese TV network, but its also a shortname for Closed Circuit TeleVision (in short security camera)
