It seems like a video from warhammer. They say something about "sigma" and "chaos", and that comes definitely from warhammer! And who watch closely can see gunfire, that doesn't exist in The Elder Scrolls.

Hum... It's very interesting. But it's is fake, obviously for any Oblivion fan. It is written in the game, various times, including in the Black Horse Courier about the " Assassination of the Emperor " that 30 year's before the Oblivion Crisis, there was a time of peace and prosperity. I don't know where nor how did this appeared, but I bet my non-existing reputation and Obliviouness that this is fake.
