I used one of these as sort of a taxicab here in New York City and I put 430,000 miles on it in ten years.
I had to change the transmission because the overdrive failed but oddly enough, the lower "street gears" still shifted very smoothly.
The one chronic problem I had with this car was the power steering box; I would think that by 1985 power steering would have been no big deal.
