@FoxD89 It was really bad for me in the mid-1980's; right around when the "Revenge of the Nerds" movies came out! I remember SO not looking forward to starting high school!

I'm a huge fan of cartoons and the 80's and 90's did have some of the best TMNT being one I would post all the old cartoons but copyrights suck ass and won't let me. I also unfortunately had to wear those giant coke-bottle-glasses.

@dgwaters that sucks! I mean the glasses and the getting picked on deal. I didnt have glasses until later in the 90s i think 6th grade so 2001 or 7th grade 0_o ? i forget. Hell, maybe even in elementary school. I dont remember. You'd think the people who were creating the glasses would have thought "how can we make this NOT be a teasing magnet for people." Clearly they were creators glasses creators who had 20/20 vision. :-p

While i was growing up in this era to these TV shows...im so happy i didnt grow up having to wear those as glasses (12:51) XD
