OMG I can't believe this guy is recommending Kool-Aid! Refined sugars are not good for your gut. I would prefer to eat monosaccharides (simple sugars) such as honey or raisins or o.j. - these do not require alot to be broken down and assimilated into your system and are better for you..

good advice for noobies!!! drinking carbs during ur workout is not necessary unless ur doing a long workout. but if u keep ur workouts short and intense. u can just take in sugars afterwards... thats what works for me.

Thanks for the advice. I already drink dextrose and maltidetrxrose after a work out but I will try it during too for a bit.
