Whats up with Kodak

hi all.

i have been asked alot about kodak and if they are going bankrupt. so i thought i would do a video. instead of me trying to explain the ins and outs i have found this link to the kodak site which explains things much better than i could.

they will continue to trade and work as normal.

there is a video which i would suggest you watch.

it is the US Kodak that is going through this. the european kodak is ok.

is it possible for kodak to be bought out and binded with another company We have seen this happen before with other companies in order for the brand to survive financially. It maybe one of the options that they looking at. Apparently JVC aren't to crash hot either. I could just imagine a scenerio where logitech may possibly take kodak on board, as i get the impression that logitech are willing to upgrade from webcams to pocket camcorders and cameras in the near future.

Chris, Thanks for the update as you know a lot of us have been closely watching this news. Based on an article I read in the Rochester newspaper (worldwide headquarters for Kodak) the news does not look promising for the future development of the Kodak cameras and video lines. Its a shame since they were the best pocket cams out there.
