Nice rendition. Perhaps due to the sound quality, it sounds a little "square" at times. But good solid overall performance. Thank you for posting.

If you have the brass ones as stardand issue equipment, hearing those stunning Mussorgskian chords will make them descend to Dantescan depths. Then you want to hear the end of the fugue, which aggain goes symphonic. The D minor power pushed as far as it will go.

last prelude and fugue of the series from op.87 the best of Shostakovich for piano solo

uno de mis preludios y fugas favoritos! muy bien interpretado :)
Deberías subir el número 14 en Mi bemol menor, es increíble también.

Fine performance of one of these what I think are not played enough pieces. Also the piano is excellent, I'm not sure of the make, I don't think Steinway but it has an awesome bass, I'm curious ?
Thanks for posting.

Thank you very much for comments Michael! Yes, you are right, it´s an excellent piano, it´s a Bösendorfer... by the way, you have a really fine ear!

@VICTORMANUELMORALES You exaggerate 0:43 with a very harsh tone. It may be noted so in the score, but you must have contrast between your hands. The left hand needs to be heavy, indeed, but the right hand needs to sing more.

@VICTORMANUELMORALES So, what? Anything can be in unison, but there must still be contrast.
