Yup, Its ears are torn, I own rabibits and know how there ears look, and this poor lil guy has both ears cut in the middle.

This rabbit has been attacked at some point, narrowly escaping being something's lunch. The ears are torn in the center, resulting in four protrusions which to the uninitiated may resemble complete ears.
