I grew up in Eastie, and I think your accent sounds about right...the only flaws are that I was raised to call Leominster, Lemin-stah, Woburn, Woo-bin, Tweksbury, Tooks-bur-ee, Waltham, Walth-ham, Somerset, Summah-set. But otherwise, good job!
