has he made the bass yet?

Mike is THE most approachable member of Van Halen to outsiders- great to see Neil's book go over so well he worked so hard on these they even made sure not to omit the midgets! -WDFA

Considering that Eddie tried to replace Mike, I can't see how he can be miffed with Mike for playing with Sammy Hagar during VH's time away. I hated those little swipes Ed took at him in that recent interview too.

I've gained a whole lot more respect for Mikey after this interview. He sounds like good people. Surprised there hasn't been a VH feature film. There's alot of history with this band.

Wow! Is all I have to say. Fucking WOW! Michael being aware enough and not a money grubbing whore to offer a signature series bass for under $1000. Hands down after this interview this guy is awesome. I mean really the Frankenstein was what $25,000?!?! The new Wolfgang is $3000. I mean really wtf man? Mike is still in touch it seems where as Eddie has become like our politicians, completely out of touch with how expensive his endorsed products are regardless of craftsmanship. I like Mike!
