@NewDayFitness Yeah i'm taking creatin with whey protein right now

When I started training, my forearms where not strong enough for my deadlifts, so I did wristcurls once a week and just did as many reps as I could manage on the deadlifts without straps. After about 2-3 months my forearm strength increased to the point where I could do the full rep count for the deadlifts. Alternate grip on the bar helps too.

@MarkOHVevo
For energy you could use a pre-workout, God knows there are tons of em' our there, so it comes down to preference on brand. You could also trying using a Whey shake (1-1.5 scoops) and maybe 2-3 grams of creatine monohydrate pre-workout, like 20-40 mins before training.
As for food, complex carbs are whats going to give you sustainable energy in the gym. You have a lot of choices, rice, pasta, sweet potato etc.. Just make sure there either brown or wholegrain - get my gist?
