We as a corporate church body within the region of Rochester are coming together as one to
stand for life. America is ready for a shift to see the end of abortion and we believe GOD is going to position Rochester to be an active voice for this assignment.
There was a man by the name of "William Wilberforce" who became an active voice within the nation of Great Britain for the abolishment of slavery. In his life time he "locked his shield" with others who were like minded within his community and they overturned a great injustice in
their land. The repercussions for the abolishment of slavery here in the United States unfolded slightly different. 600,000 men were slaughtered in war because there was "NO" active voice that stood against the injustice of their time.
"President Lincoln", said in his inaugural address that he felt the civil war was the consequence of God's justice balancing the scales for the unjust slavery of human beings. What will the future consequence be for the nation of America who has a history of slaughtering 52 million unborn babies since 1973?
Let's decree on January 17th (Roe v. Wade anniversary week) that Rochester, New York stands for life!!
"Once or twice in a century an issue arises... so far-reaching in its consequences and so deep in its foundation that it calls every person to take a stand." - John Noonan -- Professor of Law, University of California
