Granted. I will agree with you, provided you can supply me with the answers to the following three questions.
1) Do you know what was it he was supposed to have done and what he was actually charged with and eventually convicted of?
2) Did he do it and can it be proved in court beyond reasonable doubt before a jury of his peers that he did it?
3) Is it the expert opinion of any Doctor, psychologist or criminologist who has met him, worked with him or studied him up close or in person that he is likely ever to do it again and consequently, presents a danger to the public?
If the answer to any one of those questions is "No", "I don't know", "I don't care" or "It doesn't matter", you should probably admit that you don't actually know what you're talking about and should keep your opinions as to what you think he "deserves" to yourself in future.
Let justice be done, though the heavens fall.
