6 strawberries
handful of blueberries
1 apple (peeled)
1 pear (peeled)
1 kiwi
1 banana
2 cups vitamin water
1/2 cubed mango
1/2 packet of supergreens packet (optional)

  • sorry for the delay Kendra, you do not have to use strawberries. you can use any fruit you choose,have fun with it. I throw all kinds of fresh or frozen fruit. enjoy!

  • Vitamin water.. why add more sugar if your fruits will already contain it? Vitamin water isn't low sugar.

  • This is great, yay Holistic Health Counselors. But as far as low sugar options, Vitamin Water has 33g per servings - that's just short of a coke...fruit juice or almond milk would be a better option.
